QAs the trainer/administrator of our PLST Online, what is my best source or reference to learn more about the online training?

A.   NATA Safety 1st provides various training manuals that will greatly assist you. Please take a moment to review, print and/or download these guides.  Each contains step-by-step instructions and will help with navigating your online training account. Purchasing Safety 1st Online Training Made Easy

Greetings Safety 1st participants,

My name is Louis Soares; I am the Assistant Manager for Safety 1st.  I am first in line to assist you in answering any questions about Safety 1st online training.  I have communicated with most of you through email or on the phone.  Most of your questions usually pertain to purchasing training, certifications or even updating your account information.

In the following months I will be posting a series of Q & As pulled directly from your Administrator’s Guidance/FAQs to further assist you in understanding the Safety 1st online training program.  I thought this would be a great place for trainers and administrators to share thoughts on safety and training issues, ask questions, share comments or even make suggestions for using Safety 1st online training more effectively.

I encourage to you to Subscribe to “The Safety Net.”  Join us and stay up-to-date with the program.  You won’t just hear from me either, the rest of the Safety 1st and NATA team as well as a few recognized safety and training experts from across our industry are on board as contributors.  We are also always open to new voices and ideas, so if you have something to say about safety or training, do not hesitate to drop us a note at safety1st@nata.aero or subscribe here https://natasafetynet.wordpress.com/.

  1. Q. How do I purchase online training?
  2. A. The most expeditious manner to purchase additional student training is online. Please know that calling us to process your training purchases will be a slower process due to the high demand on our limited staffs’ time. Please have your credit card and your Safety 1st Administrator log-in Username & password on hand.
